Hill Climb
Taiko Hill Climb Course approx. 2.2km
Paerora Ford Road (about 20 mins drive from Timaru).
Start by age groups as per entry forms.

Downhill 
Taiko Down Hill Course approx. 2.1km
Paerora Ford Road (about 20 mins drive from Timaru).
Limited DH transport provided to from marshal point to DH start.
Friday Free Practice – riders should get at least 2 runs to get used to the course.
Saturday Practice & Seeding Run – Free Practice followed by one seeding run.
Saturday Race –A single race run per rider based on seeding times
There will be shuttle transport (tractor & trailer) to the top of the course for both practice and race run.

X Country
Centennial Park (Scenic Reserve) Course
Race – This 7.5km course combines established MTB trails developed over the last few years
with a variety of short, sharp single track challenges. It is an undulating, flowing course that
makes you work but offers great rewards for effort. Wave starts - races are one, two or three
laps. Races will start from 10am.
Under 19 Boys – 3 laps
Under 16 and Under 15 Boys, Under 19 Girls and Under 16 Girls – 2 laps
Under 15 Girls , Under 14 Boys and Under 14 Girls – 1 lap

Prize Giving
Caroline Bay Hall, Timaru
Medals will be awarded to podium finishers in all grades and overall. To be eligible for overall
champion in their age group, students must enter all three events.
Spot Prizes awarded at prize giving.
